Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At She Who Lingers, we take pride in providing high-quality fragrances and carefully packaged orders. Due to the personal nature of perfume products, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any perfume products once an order has left our facility. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept any opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing their purchase.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped using UPS or USPS to the address, P.O. Box, or courier location provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Total package weight

• Number of items purchased

• Selected shipping service

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible external damage, please take photos before opening the package.

If any products arrive damaged or broken internally:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items immediately.

• Contact us via email as soon as possible.

• File a claim directly with the shipping carrier within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing and shipment.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Inventory & Refunds

In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable due to an inventory error, the customer will be notified promptly. A refund for the unavailable item(s) will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be returned using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
